The Community Livelihood Enhancement and Development Program (CLEDP) of Alfonso Lista is the answer to the unemployment problem of the municipality. Jobs were created through livelihood projects among women, small-time farmers and the unemployed populace. The program's thrust is to generate employment and to provide a just and equitable income distribution to the people.

Kapantutubtubi Program: Get Yourself Involved (Asipulo, Ifugao)

People participation is basically the strategy utilized in the Kapantutubtubi Program as manifested in people’s involvement throughout the project conceptualization, implementation and sustainability. The
stakeholders are primarily composed of the community people themselves who manage their own project and eventually claim ownership over the project.

Farmers Information Technology Services (FITS) (Alfonso Lista, Ifugao)

The Farmers’ Information Technology Services (FITS) is a national program under the Philippine Council for Agricultural Research and Resource Development (PCARRD) implemented by CVARRD being its Region II conglomerate. The municipality of Alfonso Lista was adopted as a consortium member and one among the 32 FITS centers established under the umbrella of CVARRD based at ISU, Echague, Isabela Province.

Sustained Maternal and Child Health Care Service (Mayoyao, Ifugao)

With the devolution, the local government of Mayoyao formulates implements and monitors its own health plans. Health workers meet regularly every month to discuss issues and problems encountered in the community and update on new methodologies on health programs.

Port Management Unit (Real, Quezon)
